• UPI / Net Banking / Debit & Credit Card: 5–7 business days
• Wallet: 2–3 business days
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer — please share your bank account details with our support team

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed — please follow the return process instead.

Refunds on Cancellation

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, no charges apply for cancellations made before dispatch.
