- Ensure you log out at the end of each session on shared devices

Products & Pricing
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing on Bmado are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on this site is error-free.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Bmado reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
- In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight color or texture variations may occur due to natural wood grain
- Availability of products is subject to stock and may change without notice
Orders & Payments
When you place an order on Bmado, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order (for prepaid orders)
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
- All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways
- Bmado does not store your card details on our servers
- COD orders may carry an additional handling fee displayed at checkout
An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 10 hours of placing the order. After this 10-hour window, the order moves into processing and cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel your order, contact us at support@bmado.com or WhatsApp +91 9995747475 with your order ID.
- Cancellation requests received after 10 hours will not be accepted, as the order may already be packed or dispatched.
- For prepaid orders cancelled within the window, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-delivery options.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of BMADO GLOBAL ONLINE & RETAIL BUSINESS and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this website without express written permission from Bmado
- The Bmado name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bmado

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
