We deliver quality Bmado products across India. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and successful payment.

Orders placed after 4 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email and SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order value, and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • We periodically offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check our website for current promotions
  • Express shipping options, where available, will carry an additional charge shown at checkout
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to monitor the real-time status of your delivery through our courier partner's website or app.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch
  • You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section in your Bmado account

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option on eligible orders across most pincodes in India.

  • A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make payment
  • COD orders that are refused or returned without valid reason may affect your ability to place future COD orders
  • COD may not be available for all pincodes or order values

Delivery Failures

If a delivery attempt fails due to any of the following reasons, the order may be returned to us:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Inaccessible delivery location

In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Bmado is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to transit, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with
  • If you've already accepted the delivery, contact us within 48 hours at support@bmado.com
  • Share your order ID and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
